These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the D & S Auto Body Shop website and the services we provide. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Additional damage or hidden damage discovered during the repair process may result in a supplemental estimate, which will be discussed with you and (where applicable) your insurance carrier before work continues.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless direct billing arrangements have been made with your insurance carrier. We accept cash, credit card, and insurance drafts.

Warranty

D & S Auto Body Shop warrants its workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. Paint and refinishing carry a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship. Parts are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left more than 5 business days after completion notification may be subject to storage fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D & S Auto Body Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
