This SMS Policy describes how D & S Auto Body Shop uses text messaging to communicate with customers who have opted in.
Program Description
D & S Auto Body Shop offers two separate SMS programs:
- Non-marketing: appointment confirmations, service updates, account notifications, and reminders related to your vehicle service.
- Marketing: special offers, discounts, seasonal promotions, and news.
Opt-In
You may opt in to either or both programs by checking the corresponding consent box on our website forms or by verbally consenting in person or over the phone. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and any promotions we are running. Non-marketing messages are sent only as needed for your service. Marketing messages typically do not exceed 4 messages per month.

STOP / Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from either program. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages from that program.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
